In 1973, Gaston, a mountain dweller, manufacturer of Beaufort cheese, establishes the eponym and major restaurant, with panoramic terrace and view on the Mont-Blanc.
In three generations, the place knew diverse evolutions, without ever tarnishing its excellent reputation.

Gregoire took over and runs now the establishment with his wife, Céline.
“Chez Gaston” has become an institution, and thanks to its exceptional situation at the edge of the tracks, is the favorite stop of numerous skiers.
